They need to spend time with each and have the assurance that both parents to be in their life even if they are not together. They need to know that both parents love them. They have the right to be nurtured and protected by both parents., to not be in the middle of quarrels, and to not have to know the details of complications. So often this is not the case. When parents seperate the children need them both even more. It's important for parents to realize and focus on the childs needs and not get caught up with fighting and bickering. Children should never hear this. All they need to hear is; "Mommy and Daddy are okay" "They love me and they aren't going to stop taking care of me."
Children are vulnerable to believe what they hear. They can easily feel they are the blame for problems that Mom And Dad are having. But the best thing for them is that they don't hear or witness these problems. They just need to be able to "Learn and Grow and Be Happy."
Children Need Excercise
Take a look around you. We live in a world where adults and children alike are being conditioned to participate in less physical activies and eat foods that are less than healthy.Childhood obesity is getting worse not better unless we do something about it. We need to prepare our children for their future.
Regular excercise and good eating habits need to be a part of a childs life from the time they are born.
Lack of these things increases health risks mentally and physically.
Children Need Social Skills
Children who are not interested in learning, lack confidence in their own abilities and have trouble cooperating and controlling themselves. Intellectual skills are less of a problem, they say, because they are more easily solved. To succeed in school, children need a sense of personal well-being that is created from stable, caring relationships at home and in child care in the early years.
Social skills training can benefit any child, but most especially exceptional children. Effective social skills are the key to success in adult life where social skills often outweigh specific job skills in controlling advancement and success in a career.
